Brittany Murphy stars in the trailer for her final film Something Wicked. The thriller tells the story of a woman named Christine and her boyfriend James who have just finished high school. They soon discover that Christine is being stalked by a psychologically unstable man who wants to be romantically involved with her, as he resorts to unsafe methods to achieve his goal. Brittany Murphy plays a supporting role in the film as Susan, while One Tree Hill actor Shantel VanSanten takes the lead as Christine. The film is directed by Darin Scott and was filmed in 2009, the year Murphy passed away. Something Wicked was released in limited cinemas in the US yesterday (April 4), with no UK release date yet confirmed.
