Sir Michael Rocks releases the official music video for “Kilo On Craigslist”, which features on his latest project, Populair Pt. 2. The scatty drum machine suits his animated flow. There is an ever so slightly menacing keyboard melody over the top of it all, this perhaps best underlines his overall confidence displayed in his flow.
The video, directed by Jimmy Regular, could be construed as muddying the line between selling drugs, and selling anything else, on sites like Craiglist. It is because the beginning of the video is keen to point out the visuals are based on true events that one may think the song is indeed about shifting drugs.
