The fourth Transfomers film was the most disappointing entry in the already fatigued series, the sting in the tail came in the failure for the film to even do product placement properly. A Chinese tourism firm is taking Paramount Pictures to court over the failure of its logo to be placed in Transformers: Age of Extinction.
As reported to the Hollywood Reporter, the tourism firm claim that it paid $750,000 in order to have its logo featured, something that Paramount and co-producers China Movie Channel plan to make up for. Director Michael Bay has reportedly made an advert for the resort and props have been left at the site, which could be used to increase tourism apparently.
