Alissa Feudo is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, originally from Virginia, now residing near Austin, Texas. She is best known for her trance collaborations with Myon, performing both under her real name, Alissa Feudo, and her alias, ICON.
Her distinctive voice and songwriting have been featured in numerous remixes and collaborations with prominent artists such as Seven Lions, Andy Moor, and Dash Berlin. Her work has gained significant attention, with some projects reaching the #1 spot on the Beatport charts.
Alissa Feudo’s new single, “Paradox” can be described as a bittersweet yet danceable pop song. Written by Alissa and Myon, the track’s production draws inspiration from ’80s and ’90s nostalgia, while incorporating an upbeat, danceable pop sound.
The song reflects on the complex emotions that follow the honeymoon phase of a relationship. It explores the kind of love that emerges once the initial excitement fades—a love that is deeper, more authentic, and rooted in the vulnerability of truly caring for someone. It speaks to the willingness to embrace the challenges and fears that come with real connection.
As for what’s next, Alissa is gearing up to release her debut indie and alt-pop album, produced by John Hancock. “Paradox” marks Alissa’s third single, following the release of “Life’s Blood” which was released last year.
More singles are set to be released later on this year, and while her upcoming album includes a range of styles, her signature vocals and introspective songwriting consistently offer a fresh sense of perspective and a feeling of late-night vulnerability.
