Formed by Charlie Fitzgerald and Rhii Williams from the ashes of former project Bombs, Little Thief was born in Bristol in 2015, with the arrival of Paul Hopkins on bass to bring new energy to the talented duo.
Little Thief have gained fame for their powerful live performances. They’ve spread their intense sound not only during shows in Bristol but also on the festival circuit, performing, among others, at Glastonbury and Liverpool Sound City.
In the summer of 2019, Little Thief recorded their songs at the legendary Rockfield Studios, under the influence of the cult legend producer Stew Jackson, giving life to a more mature version of the group.
“Doctor” is the first single from the many tracks recorded at the Rockfield Studios. About the song, Fitzgerald stated: “It was the transitional song everything flowed from, and influenced what the rest of the record became”.
With “Doctor”, Little Thief refined their rock sound to deliver a seductive potent track that lyrically deals with the messiness of being human through Fitzgerald’s own dark sense of humour. Make sure you do not miss this soulful and engaging track.
