A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan – Krystina Clowes – who was struck down when A$AP Mob member Young Shabba decided to go for a crowd surf during an A$AP Ferg concert in 2013. According to TMZ, the fan has claimed in her lawsuit that she’s a mess, and may never fully recover after having suffered a fractured vertebrae from Young Shabba’s free fall. The compensation that the fan is chasing totals a minimum of $75000 which she is currently seeking directly from Rocky.
Even though Rocky wasn’t the one that crushed her, she claims the group has a history of crowd surfing, which in her opinion, makes him and the rest of A$AP Mob personally culpable for the incident. A$AP Rocky is no stranger to lawsuits, having received one from a fan he allegedly slapped at the Made In America Festival and another very recently, from his former manager over a breach of contract, according to Contact Music.
