Post-hardcore innovators At The Drive In have been forced to pull out of the remainder of the North American dates on their reunion tour due to health concerns over Cedric Bixler-Zavala’s vocal chords. This announcement comes days after the band cancelled their performance in New York less than an hour before they were set to take the stage.
In a statement, the group said Bixler-Zavala was “fighting off a cold and has now lost his voice”, with it being necessary to postpone the remaining dates to recuperate for the European leg of the tour. They went on to assure fans “We will be back to make up these shows in future”, although an official timescale for these dates has yet to be confirmed.
