Big Grams are back with visuals for “Drum Machine”, featuring Skrillex. This serves as the follow-up to Monday’s Adult Swim release of the trippy, animated video short for “Born To Shine” and “Run For Your Life”.
The track has that electronic drum clap, and other percussion akin to windup children’s toys. The rhythm suits that intense rapping flow. Genre wise, it feels all over the place but works relatively well. There is a raving crescendo that would make people in the clubs go bananas.
The video consists of people in mascot suits, like wolves, squirrels, pandas and maybe gorillas, causing chaos out in the city and getting up to all manner of pranks. They then go inside into the clubs for a rave, before the panda gets arrested by traffic cops.
