Upcoming French singer Billy Boguard presents us with his new single “Best Friend, Worst Enemy” which is featuring on his debut EP Tallulah, which will be released on December, 14. Spanish producer and singer Nacho Silvestre produced and mastered the new EP from Boguard, which promises a folk sound, but with a modern touch, commercial sensibilities, and good histories behind the lyrics.
In “Best Friend, Worst Enemy”, Boguard shows his ability with a folk-pop direction, dominated by a sweet melody and a sound which is real and intimate, without exaggerating its production, as most artists nowadays tend to do. Influences for the French singer include the likes of Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Nick Drave and more recently Ed Sheeran and Ben Howard. Also, Boguard is preparing a headline concert at The Abbey Tavern on December 14 to celebrate his EP release. Below, you can listen “Best friend, Worst Enemy”.
