UK rapper and “Your Mrs” hitmaker Jay1 has teamed up with global online retailer boohooMAN.com to launch an exclusive line of tracksuits, with the retailer excited to announce its new collaboration with the Coventry hailing rap talent.
As part of the collaboration, the musician has worked alongside with the brand’s design team to select his favourite styles from their brand new tracksuits range. The collection of tracksuits incorporates an eclectic assortment of different styles, from stripes to neon whilst staying close to the streetwear aesthetic that both Jay1 and boohooMAN share.
The collection is now available here with prices ranging from £35 to £50. To support the campaign, the artist starred in a video themed around the concept of “the musician’s notepad”, performing his hit Mocking it whilst wearing different outfits from the collections.
Jay1’s path to success began in 2016, when he moved to Coventry from North London. He started gaining a wider fan base in 2018, when his track “That’s My Bae” got more than 100,000 views on GRM Daily. Following his overnight success, Jay1 started to work on his sound and the development of his craft. Fast forward to 2019 and he is one of the UK’s most exciting new artists, and with Top 20 hits such as “Your Mrs” and “Mocking It” already under his belt, the sky is truly the limit.
