The stars were out in their numbers at this year’s Comic-Con, and although Marvel took a back seat, their characters were in full force thanks to the stars of X-Men Apocalypse, Deadpool, Fantastic Four and Gambit. The possibility that these characters may ultimately cross over at some point, which in itself creates multiple spin-offs and sequel opportunities, is exciting enough, however fans can’t help but dream of the possibility of uniting the whole universe together. Perhaps 20th Century Fox and Marvel Studios can sit down together in the near future and make the dream a reality. Could we see the X-Men and Avengers together in the future?
