Even though Chance The Rapper promised a new album titled Surf, with Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment a while ago, nothing materialized. However, to make up for it, Chance has released a new, albeit very short, track, although the soundcloud link he has shared earlier might confuse quite a few listeners as the title says “Home Studio ( Back Up In This B**ch)” instead of “Hiatus”. Seems like the Chicago rapper tried to be funny switching songs. There is no sign whatsoever that Trumpet got a feature in the song, so it unsure whether the new release is out of his Surf project.
