The London-pop duo Cherryade have just released the music video for their new single titled “Blah Blah“.
It is a dancehall-esque single in which we can see the two artists Ella and Alex singing in this shining pink place. The musicians want to pass on to who is listen to them, that they are tired of seeing people focused on superficial things.
Indeed in a recent interview, they claimed “We wrote this song about people getting distracted with material things and focusing on style over substance. We love pop music but so many artists we love don’t really say anything, so it’s partially addressing that as well, but at the same time it’s also really tongue-in-cheek and fun“.
To make this track the Cherryade have collaborated with the producer Dillistone, who has also worked with artists such as Dua Lipa and Frances. Watch the music video below.
