With diversity finally being addressed in the fashion industry, it is refreshing to see that acclaimed designer Christian Louboutin has created a new shoe range that tailors to all skin tones.
Revealing his entire collection on the label’s Instagram page last night, Louboutin captioned one of the photographs, “A nude for every woman. This spring, two new hues join our Nudes collection to create a spectrum of seven suited to any skin tone, from porcelain to deep chocolate“.
The shoes are made from matte nappa leather, according to Louboutin himself, with the intention to imitate the feel of skin. If the images are anything to go by, he has done an excellent job of creating a range to suit all hues.
