Futuristic inspired label Courrèges has named its two new artistic directors at the head of their womenswear division. Sebastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant already run their own brand, Coperni, but will put their own project aside for work at Courrèges. The French label has already collaborated with Evian, Estée Lauder and Eastpak and the announcement that the Coperni designers will be working in the brand makes them their first official designers, since founders André and Coqueline Courrèges sold the company in 2011. After winning last years ANDAM First Collections prize and being nominated for the forthcoming LVMH prize, Meyer and Vaillant will debut their first Courrèges line in 2016.
