New York City’s Dave East is back. He is back with a new number, titled “Money”, which is produced by Buda & Grandz. It starts with a lilting swing, quite sad and melancholy. That then fades out and kicks into the song proper, featuring a sample crying the title of the track.
The song, of course, revolves a well trodden theme in the genre, though you could suppose East deals with it in a slightly more intellectual manner. There is what could be discerned as a middle section right slap bang in the centre of the track, in the form of a brief total pause.
