Hailing from Detroit, Dej Loaf has been making waves since 2011, releasing her first mixtape in 2012, titled Just Do It. Since then, Loaf released her second mixtape, Sell Sole back in 2014, which spawned a viral single, “Try Me”.
After the two mixtape, Dej Loaf released her debut EP, …And See That’s The Thing through Columbia Records. Since then, the female rapper has been pretty busy, culminating in her new project All Jokes Aside.
All Jokes Aside was announced on Twitter, along with a teaser for a new song, “Vibes”, produced by Izzy The Producer. All Jokes Aside is set to be released this coming Wednesday (April 6). Check out the snippet for “Vibes” here.
