We all know that when the iPhone key emoji appears, there will be some link to DJ Khaled, so the title of his latest track, “I Got The Keys”, is certainly appropriate and leaves none of us guessing who it will be featuring.
After plenty of hints and suggestions, the collaboration between DJ Khaled, Jay-Z and Future has finally been released, which is featured on DJ Khaled’s latest album, Major Key. On Sunday, June 26, the song and video was revealed to the world and it’s fair to say that he has landed some famous faces to star in it.
The rappers go head to head with the police, with the help of fellow music artists Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Pusha T, A$AP Ferg, Swiss Beatz, Bryston Tiller, Fabolous, T.I., Yo Gotti and Busta Rhymes.
The video is full of tension, with a black and white filter and plenty of old school Django Unchained-like scenes as if the rappers have stepped into the past to defend prejudiced black people against the white supremacy.
