Palermo is the stunning capital city of Sicily, it’s turquoise waters and impressive architecture make the ideal holiday destination. However, this week saw the city welcome in Dolce and Gabbana for their latest Alta Moda Show. The designs were showcased within the breath-taking cathedral, which is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
The 166 look collection was a visionary display of elegance with designs, dripping in gold, gliding down the runway. Painted patchwork was upon the sweatshirts and blazers displayed. Illustrations were also seen to be on the silk shirts as well. Unsurprisingly, the gowns lived up to the high standard of the couture brand. Billowing and sophisticated, the designs were a masterpiece within the walls of the cathedral.
