Dua Lipa Drops New ‘Levitating’ Remix Featuring Da Baby | Music News

Dua Lipa has just unveiled a brand-new remix of her single “Levitating“, a collaboration with Da Baby, and we can assure you one thing: it’s hard to resist the call of the dancefloor when you listen to the song.

The star had hinted the collab with Da Baby on Instagram, sharing a snippet of the song with the following caption: “GET READY 4 BLAST OFF”. The track is the latest remix of the fifth single taken from Dua Lipa’s album Future Nostalgia, released in March of this year and which also includes the hit singles “Physical”, “Don’t Start Now” and “Break My Heart”.

The first remix of the song featured Madonna and Messy Elliott, and was dropped in August as part of the ‘Club Future Nostalgia’ remix album, produced by Blessed-Madonna.

This new track is a remix of the original song in the album, featuring a new verse by rapper Da Baby. It’s a funk anthem, with disco vibes that will make you want to party and dance along.

Alongside with the song, Dua Lipa also unveiled a futuristic art-deco styled video, inspired by the golden era of disco. It features the singer dancing in an elevator of illuminated disco lights with Da Baby, and partying with roller girls. The video was directed by Warren Fu, who’s well-known for his work with artists like Daft Punk, Mark Ronson and the 1975, among others.

We’ll let you listen to the song and check out the video below:
