Dunkirk is a 2017 action drama starring Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Kenneth Branagh. It is directed by Christopher Nolan (known for Inception, Interstellar and The Dark Knight films). Judging from the trailers released so far, I can anticipate that this is going to be another successful film for Nolan.
A synopsis for Dunkirk reads:
“Allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Empire, Canada, and France are surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II”.
