The video for Ed Sheeran’s hit “Galway Girl” was released today and was shot by the man himself (he’s a man of many talents our Ed!). To make things even better Ed recruited actress Saoirse Ronan to star in the video. The video taken from his third album ÷ sees him being taken on a pub crawl by the actress and getting into all sorts of mishaps.
The video takes us from a packed out stadium to a small Irish pub where he meets Saoirse who takes him on a wild night. Poor Ed even gets into a punch up with some burly lads and wakes up in her flat the next morning. Granted we don’t see much of his face as it’s shot from a first person perspective but it has everything you want from an Ed Sheeran music video. Check it out below!
Ed has just finished his sold out UK tour and is set to play another one off show at London’s O2 Arena on June 22.
