Ed Sheeran revealed himself as an actor in the new instalment of the franchise yesterday when he posted a selfie of him and actor Renee Zellweger. The post on his social media website, Instagram, read, “Spent the day being an actor in the new Bridget Jones movie. Loved it, you’re gonna love it too“.
The singer has also had a brief cameo in Australian Soap-Opera, Neighbours. Surprisingly, the third film is not based on Helen Fielding‘s third novel in the series, but instead, based on her columns in The Independent. The film is scheduled for release on September 16, 2016.
