Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne is to become a father for the first time, with his publicist wife Hannah Bagshawe. The couple, both aged 33, have recently announced that they are expecting their first child together next June. And they also have another reason to celebrate, as December 15 marked the date of their 1st wedding anniversary.
Redmayne will soon be getting his wizard on, for the Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. If you can’t wait till then, you can catch Redmayne in his new film The Danish Girl, out in the UK on January 1, 2016.
Redmayne has just received a Golden Globe nomination for his portrayal of artist Einar Wegener, who underwent one of the world’s first sex-change operations. He’s also hotly tipped to take home his 2nd Best Actor Oscar for the role.
