Dublin-based singer, writer and producer Eden has recently unveiled the official music video for his brand new single “Gold“, which is taken from his debut upcoming album Vertigo and it’s set to be released next year on January 19 on Astralwerks Virgin Emi.
Vertigo, compared to his previous EP I Think You Think Too Much Of Me, released in 2016, has a different approach which is more close to an exploration of the singer.
The 21-years-old artist shares that, “Even when I’m writing, I don’t feel like I’m actually creating anything. It’s more
like I’m uncovering something that’s already there. Like how an archaeologist doesn’t create a fossil — they’re just finding it and uncovering it, and maybe rearranging it if it’s broken. Releasing this body of work is terrifying and exciting and overwhelming for me. A lot of it is so personal. This album is not a coming-of-age story, but it caused one“.
After the acclaimed success of his 2016 EP, the Irish artist is now ready to kick off his tour in Europe, to support his new album Vertigo. He also has plans to perform in London, on April 30, 2018 at the KOKO.
