It’s the eeriest and creepiest we’ve seen Eminem in a very long time, channeling his inner psycho in timeless horror film fashion as he shares with the world the brand new video for “Framed“, off his 2017 #1 album Revival.
The cinematic visual is directed by James Larese and begins with a news broadcast which informs that Eminem is an escapee from an insane asylum and is also wanted for multiple murders. The 45-year-old rapper is barricaded in a house sporting a bloody shirt and surrounded by body parts and dead victims which leads us to believe the report despite him claiming to have been “framed”.
Arguably the most popular song off his latest album, the video is a fairly different direction to previous efforts like “River” with Ed Sheeran and “Walk on Water” with Beyoncé but it is this diversity that fans of course appreciated for many years. A testament with recent news of the legendary “Lose Yourself” now being certified Diamond in the US.
