After spending six months far from the spotlights, Eva Mendes come back for the opening of the New York & Company store yesterday in her hometown, Miami.
Eva looked amazing in a aquamarine Alonza one-shoulder maxi dress, accessorised with a multi-coloured belt.
Mendes and Ryan Gosling welcomed their second daughter less than a year ago and raising two little children kept the actress very busy in these months. “What people don’t know about me is that I love being home” Eva said “instead of hitting the red carpet, I’d rather be with our girls”.
Mendes had already designed for New York & Company in the past and now she’s about to launch her new collection made of 100 pieces ranging from clothes, handbags and jewellery.
“It was important to me for my spring collection to include something for everyone, which is also why we are currently offering more styles and inclusive sizing from 0 to 20” says Eva about her collection. The American retailer plans to add the Eva Mendes Collection to over 50 shop-in-shops and 19 Eva Mendes boutiques.
