Luxury fashion house Fendi has created an Instagrammer’s paradise with their new pop-up café.
Fendi Caffe is located on the fifth floor of the iconic London department store Harrods and will be open during July and August.
It was designed in collaboration with visual artist Joshua Vides, who has transformed the space to create a dining experience inspired by the fashion house. The interior features Fendi branded walls, tables, menus, plates and crockery with a chic monochrome colour palette.
Paying homage to their roots, the café will include a range of Italian delicacies with a Fendi twist, such as bag-shaped biscuits and coffee and cake baring the brand’s double F logo.
Along with a specially curated menu, including antipasti, beef carpaccio, and aubergine parmigiana, the “Fendi Peekaboo Bar” also gives fashion fans the chance to customise their own Mini Peekaboo Bag. They can mix and match up to three elements of the much-loved style to create something totally unique. With more than 20 different options available for the body of the bag, 25 variations of handle and a further seven for the strap, they’ll be spoilt for choice.
As if that wasn’t enough, attendees will get the chance to see a sequin re-edition of Silvia Venturini Fendi’s 1997 Baguette bag, while two other pop-ups – the Men’s Piazza and Shoe Heaven – will showcase men’s autumn/winter 2019 accessories and a series of women’s footwear.
The Fendi Caffe runs from July 1 to August 31, and the Peekaboo bar runs from July 1 to July 28.
