Flamingosis returns to work more of his sampling magic in his newest release, “Ohhh Baby”. The New Jersey producer has been turning tables and heads for the past few years with his genre-blending beats and it’s great to see that his focus hasn’t faltered in that respect.
Easing us in with the sort of smooth sax you’d expect from a 90s ITV drama, Velasquez’s trademark experimental hip-hop rythmn soon takes the reigns before guiding us confidently through the groove. A song that’s short, but oh so sweet. Just one listen will make tomorrow’s daily grind a little bit more bearable.
