Phil Rudd is back behind bars after being arrested at his New Zealand home on July 18. The 61-year old drummer is being held in police custody and is expected at Tauranga District Court today (July 20). The news comes just one week after Rudd was sentenced to eight months home detention following a guilty plea to charges of threatening to kill and drug possession. The nature of the recent arrest is still unclear but it is being reported that prostitutes were present at Rudd’s home at the time of his arrest.
