German R&B Pop artist Noraa has released a new single “Not Available”.
“Almost summer and with a much better overall mood I wrote “Not Available”. One of my favourite songwriting topics has always been relationships. I wanted to have at least one acoustic song on the EP, so I started writing about the time when I really wanted to just focus on myself. Since it was a more uplifting time for me in general, I wanted this to be reflected in the song too”, Noraa says about the song.
Noraa, who is of German and Chadian descent, moves fluidly and effectively through the pop and R&B genres. Her music videos draw on the energy of her (literally) creative family to create a sensuous, world-class visual identity to suit her soulful sound. Her distinctive, compelling singing style flows through silky production.
Inspired by artists such as H.E.R, Lauryn Hill and Frank Ocean, Noraa has proven herself as a songwriter of note.
After relocating to Paris, Noraa started taking music seriously for the first time. The German-Chadian singer relocated to Paris in quest of greater racial and musical diversity, where she wrote the first songs that would eventually become successful.
