Isaac Waddington is ready to showcase his artistry to the world, serving up some smoothness to the very core with his official debut single entitled “Nothing’s Changed“. From developing his trademark, jazz injected, sound in the annexe of his parents’ house for years and posting soulfully expressive bits here and there on Soundcloud, the young musician from the South coast has come a long way.
Clearly influenced by 90’s neo-soul, the track feels like a golden throwback whilst peppered with the kind of real life content that underlines Isaac’s Millennial upbringing, and still retains its freshness. There is a beautiful extended keyboard solo that takes “Nothing’s Changed” way beyond usual expectation.
“Nothing Changed” is the first single of his forthcoming debut EP Borselli, a five track rendition of his annual visits of life in the charming village in Tuscany, which Isaac describes as “back to basics with one shop, a football pitch and a café”.
With such a buzz around this young talent, be prepared and stay prepared to see Isaac Waddington make serious moves this coming year.
