Los Angeles artist, Jason Gaffner, is back now with the next single off his forthcoming debut EP, entitled “Murder In The First Degree”. Apparently it was originally written for a Young Franco instrumental. Available on iTunes, you can also secure a free download on his Soundcloud, where you can grab his previous single, “Feel Something”.
“Murder In The First Degree” rings in before a pounding beat and cheerful, synthesised bass. The vocals are quite soulful and moody. There is an element of fun, though. A refrain has tinkling piano accompanied with some subdued vocals, and then the song builds itself up, again.
