With the last bit of casting news for Suicide Squad revealing that The Killing star Joel Kinnaman will be playing the role of Rick Flag to replace Tom Hardy. Now it seems a few more actors have been added to the roster. With Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevigne and Jai Courtney already cast, whoever joins now is just the icing on the already amazing cake.
According to The Wrap, Quarantine star Jay Hernandez is set to star in a mystery role within the up and coming movie. The site believes that Hernandez may play one the the inmates that share a cell with Leto’s The Joker but have confirmed that there are “several other open roles at this time”. With production set to begin in the next couple of months and the announcement of Hernandez’s involvement, it’s likely that a full cast list will be released soon. Keep an eye out for more details! Suicide Squad will hit theatres on August 5, 2016.
