After what has been a massive year for Jess Glynne, the British singer-songwriter has now been chosen to record the official Children In Need 2015 charity single. This honour has to be down to the fact that she has managed five number ones already this year with this charity single sure to achieve the same success. The song is set for release early in November with further details yet to be announced. However, it will not be too long before we hear from her again with as “Take Me Home” has been confirmed as the next single taken from her album.
