Kacy Hill‘s road to stardom is a strange one: starting off as part of Kanye West’s dance crew, the young ginger got signed by Yeezy himself without a single track out. The stellar “Experience” built a huge hype behind the mysterious singer, who disappeared for almost a year, only to release her first EP Bloo last October. Now, Kacy’s ready to take over the world.
“Lion” is the first single off Hill’s yet-untitled first album. Unlike the moody and James Blake-esque “Foreign Fields”, it is a power pop stomper with a seductive and infectious melody that explodes into a powerful chorus. After such a looming introduction to her new work, we can’t wait to hear more!
