With 17-year-old Delaware native, Lil West, continuing to spread his music, he has released “Don’t! Just Stop” featuring Dylan Brady. The song was produced by TM88 and Dylan Brady and will be found on Lil West’s upcoming EP.
The track mixes hard, industrial sounds with dreamy tinkling. A siren heralds the start of the verses proper. It mixes hardcore raps with sleepy, sung hooks. Towards the end the singing is punctuated with heavy drums, like a drawbridge slamming down onto the ground. Perhaps if you do not just stop, that bridge will fall down, right on top of your head.
