The American singer Brian Warner better known as Marilyn Manson was injured by a stage prop while he was performing in his concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan last Saturday.
Currently, the 48 years old artist is on tour to promote his upcoming album entitled Heaven Upside Down which is set to be released on Friday. In the middle of his concert while he was performing a cover of the single “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of These)” by Eurythmics he fell on the stage dragging with him part of the scenography composed by two large prop guns held together with metal scaffolding.
The rock star got hurt and before the night ended he was being treated at a hospital. Media said that he was stuck on the floor for some minutes before being freed by the staff and taken away on a stretcher.
This was his third stop of the tour, but due to this accident the artist is postponing his tour dates for this month which will be rescheduled. Manson is now recuperating at his home in Los Angeles.
