After securing a top 5 position on the UK Albums chart with Diamond In The Dirt, his highest position to date, Birmingham’s MIST celebrates and keeps the momentum going with the release of his latest visual masterpiece for one of the standouts of the project “Wish Me Well” featuring the talented Jessie Ware.
Directed by Millicent Hailes, the new video feels like a mash-up of different inspirations. If we’re not dealing with a Godzilla-sized MIST towering and dominating over the city, then it’s shots of neon paint-covered Ware and MIST, looking like they just came from a modelling shoot. Or maybe the playful fish-eyed shots of the pair reminiscent of a past Bad Boy video might tickle your fancy.
Just like the song, the video is a surprising collaboration of creativity and it just works.
