Los Angeles based singer MRK has released an eye catching debut video for her eccentric new track “River Of Blood“. Madison René Knapp’s music is difficult to categorize, its creative electronic chant with indie-rock influences is hard to squeeze into a defined bracket. With the charisma of both her music and accompanying video, it is easy to draw comparisons with such artists as Kate Bush. The new video is a catalogue of strange, disturbing imagery, directed by MadAsHell (Leila Jarman and Mike Leisz), ending in a blood soaked MRK in a plain white room. Check out the new video below.
