I am so excited by the news that Bill Murray and his celebrity friends are crashing Christmas this year! On Friday, December 4, Netflix will debut A Very Murray Christmas in all territories where Netflix is available. The streaming service has just released a brand-new trailer for this massive Christmas event.
Written by Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation), Bill Murray (Ghostbusters, Rushmore, Groundhog Day) and Mitch Glazer (Scrooged) and directed by Coppola, A Very Murray Christmas promises to keep us entertained.
The synopsis reads: “Bill Murray worries no one will show up to his TV show due to a terrible snow-storm in New York City. Through luck and perseverance, guests arrive at the Carlyle hotel to help him, dancing and singing in the holiday spirit“. Some of the stars who will make an appearance are George Clooney, Paul Shaffer, Amy Poehler, Julie White, Dimitri Dimitrov, Michael Cera, Chris Rock, David Johansen, Maya Rudolph, Jason Schwartzman, Jenny Lewis, Phoenix, Frederic Moulin, Rashida Jones, Miley Cyrus + more.
