They’re a hero team that are a staple of childhoods; their return a welcome one for some. Despite not being popular with the critics, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles clearly did enough to secure a sequel: Out of the Shadows.
In the new adventure, Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael are faced with a new villain: Shredder. After he escapes prison and joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry), the Turtles must thwart their plans for world domination with the help of April O’Neil (Megan Fox) and Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett). All the while, a bigger threat lurks: Krang.
It promises to be a film with a lot to offer, and a lot is going on story-wise. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows will hit cinemas on May 30 and you can see the new trailer below.
