Noel Gallagher has recently expressed his confidence in brother Liam returning to music “sooner rather than later“. Liam’s band Beady Eye split in November, with guitarist Andy Bell speaking out about the band’s amicable break-up: “Beady Eye just sort of ran it’s course really. Liam had been pretty quiet for a while, and then he just let us know that his heart wasn’t in it anymore”. Speaking in an interview with Q Magazine, Noel Gallagher has stated that himself and Liam are on speaking terms and showed his faith in his brother’s career by saying: “Liam won’t be out of music for long, and he shouldn’t be, because there aren’t many people like that still left”. It was also recently reported that Noel would be collaborating with psychedelic producers Amorphous Androgynous, however he has said that this album will “never see the light of day”.
