Kråkesølv, of Bodø, Norway, have quite a new take on rock, with Norwegian lyrics and great song writing. They are established in this as such that they are now almost onto album number five, consisting of two guitars, bass, drum and vocals. Also, a change in musical direction can be attributed to producer, Lars Horntveth (Jaga Jazzist and Susanne Sundfør).
Despite this, the lyrics retain their melancholy, an aspect that goes right back to Kråkesølv’s sound since their debut album. The new album, titled Pangea, is released Friday, September 30.
