After taking the sneaker world by storm last year with his collaboration with Nike, entitled ‘THE TEN‘, Virgil Abloh and his Off-White brand return with a first look at two of the upcoming releases, in the form of new colourways for two of the original ten designs and possibly two of the favourite of the group, the Jordan 1 and the Air Force 1 silhouettes.
Both unveilings took place in two separate events; The new Jordan 1’s featuring in Jordan Brand‘s recent Future of Flight event in Los Angeles while the Air Force 1s featuring in The Museum of Modern Art‘s celebration of fashion event in New York City but both unveilings still had a sense of co-ordination.
The upcoming Jordan 1 colorway features a design identical to the original model from Nike’s “THE TEN” release with a slight blue tone that breaks up the monochrome white palette that is predominant on the shoe. The upcoming Air Force 1 colourway will also be identical in design to the original with an all black shoe adorning a metallic silver Swoosh and the iconic ‘AIR’ print on the sole.
While the Jordans have been speculated to be a European exclusive, there is no official release notes revealed for either shoe just yet. Do keep a look out for more information but until then, have a look at some pictures below.
