Nigerian singer OmoAkin has released the music video for his new single “Pasa Pasa”, featuring Skales and produced by fast-rising beatmaker Ibacki. The single and accompanying music video, which was directed by Tsunky, are very energetic, the chorus is catchy and it make a sick choreography that definitely makes you want to dance.
Dare Ijiwole, popularly known as OmoAkin, was born in Osun State in Nigeria, and spent some of his formative years in London in the UK, growing up predominantly between Nigeria and the IUK. He debuted in the Nigerian music industry in 2012 with his single “Ta Lo Sobe”. He has proved his versatility in the industry, with his ability to dabble into different genres and experiment with different sounds.
He has also worked with artist such as Wizkid, Banky W and Ice Prince. While Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, known as Skales (meaning Seek Knowledge Acquire Large Entrepreneurial Skills), is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter, who has also collaborated with Major Lazer, Akon, eLDee, Tekno, Harmonize and Jeremiah Gyang, among others.
It’s clear that the both of these artists make an incredible power duo when the subject is turning up the vibe. The lyrics are up beat bringing a good mood to the ambiance, while the video is led by some very talented dancers.
