The ever amazing and ever changing band know as Owls surprised everyone when they returned at the end of last year with new material and a plan for a second album, after a 13 year absence. The critically acclaimed record Two was released in March and became a genuine underground phenomenon. In the 13 years the band was away, its members have kept active with a vast variety of other endeavours that have never failed to showcase their diverse and ever-evolving musical aptitudes.
Even as the four musicians went on their own separate directions, the glue that connected them still remains intact (even after two previous break-ups that may shook things up slightly). The latest news announces that the ‘Midwestern indie-rock legends’ will be going back on the road together for their first ever UK tour. Owls will be playing live at the following venues and dates below.
September 14 – Leeds, UK @ Brudenell Social Club
