Overlord is hitting cinemas next October. The supernatural WWII thriller from Paramount and Bad Robot will be released on October 26, 2018. Wyatt Russell and Jovan Adepo star as American paratroopers dropped into enemy territory. As they approach their target — a Nazi-occupied village with a German radio tower — they realize that they are a part of something bigger than a simple military operation. They then take on supernatural forces as part of a Nazi experiment.
The director for Overlord is Julius Avery (known for Son Of A Gun), while the script is written by Billy Ray and Mark L. Smith, who are responsible for the Captain Phillips and The Revenant screenplays. J.J. Abrams and Lindsey Weber are producing for Bad Robot.
