Pharrell Williams has just signed a book deal with Putnam Books, an imprint of Penguin, the book deal consists of a series of four picture books; the first one titled Happy will be a collection of children pictures, and their childhoods to depict the notion of happiness. The book comes out on September 22, with an initial press of 250,000 copies. Pharrell’s song “Happy” was a major hit in 2014, becoming the most downloaded track ever in the UK, the song also earned the musician a Grammy Award win and an Oscar Award nomination.
