Popcaan’s career begun in 2007, but it wasn’t until 2012/2013 where his career begun to take off. He was featured Pusha T’s song “Blocka” and sampled on Yeezus, while also connecting with Toronto rapper, Drake.
Since 2014, Popcaan has been on journey of notoriety. He released his debut album Where We Come From and more recently, featured on AlunaGeorge’s single “I’m in Control”. He was also featured on a leaked version of Drake’s “Controlla”, however he was removed for the album version.
Over the last few weeks Popcaan has released two new music videos and a single “Ova Dweet”. Yesterday, Popcaan shared a music video for “High All Day”, which you guessed it, is about getting high.
